Real exam is going to be tough and although it is an open book exam you don’t get enough time to do any online searching. Remember, the goal here is to crack PSM I, hence it does not include all the necessary resources to learn Scrum. There are infinite number of resources on official Scrum site. They say “Scrum is easy to understand, difficult to master”. PSM I is relatively easy if you understand Scrum. There are lot of jargons throughout and you will overwhelmed if you are not familiar with Scrum terminologies. Try to create a memory palace for these jargons.

Following is a list to remember most of the key words which are important for certification:

Three pillars uphold every implementation of empirical process control:

TIA — transparency, inspection, and adaptation

Scrum Events:

PDRR

  • Sprint Planning
  • Daily Scrum
  • Sprint Review
  • Sprint Retrospective

Use these to remember the terminologies. Modify or create your own formulas. At the end what matters is that you should remember these things during the exam and not spend crucial time in going through Scrum Guide to find simple answers. All the best for your exam!
